How do I track my order?
You can use our Order Tracker to see how far along your order is. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking details when your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our us via Contact Us Form as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What can I do if I have not received my package?
We’re sorry you're still waiting for your order. You can get in touch with our team through the Contact Us form, and they'll investigate the details of your order's whereabouts. In the meantime, if you have not already, visit our Order Tracker for the latest update on your order.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer complimentary returns on all items within 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note all garments are subject to inspection.
How can I return my order?
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Do you offer free return shipping?
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a complimentary return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If I returned my order for a refund, how long will it take for the funds to be returned to me?
Once the refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Once an order is successfully placed, a pending charge is placed on your Credit or Debit card account or Klarna payment. Payments are finalized upon shipment per unit shipped. Other payment methods are finalized when the order is placed.

What is the processing time?
Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will ship out on Monday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. 

Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe
