You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible on admin@exoskltn.com or Instagram, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We’re sorry you're still waiting for your order. You can get in touch with our team at admin@exoskltn.com, and they'll investigate the details of your order's whereabouts.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging.

A flat $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

All items are inspected before refunds are processed.
How can I return my order?

If I returned my order for a refund, how long will it take for the funds to be returned to me?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Once an order is successfully placed, a pending charge is placed on your Credit or Debit card account. Payments are finalized upon shipment per unit shipped.

Orders placed before 12pm ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day.
